  • You are making a booking directly with the hotel.
  • Please review the booking and cancellation policies carefully. In case of any changes or cancellations, the specified cancellation penalties may apply.
  • You may be required to provide the form of payment and valid identification during check-in.
  • Additional inclusions not listed in your booking may be chargeable.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability.
  • For refundable bookings, refund processing may take between two to four weeks to reflect on your credit card or bank statement, after deducting applicable bank or card charges. The processing time depends on the bank’s procedures.
  • Gatherings and parties of any nature are not permitted in the rooms. The hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants.
  • This reservation is non-transferable.
  • The hotel reserves the right to deny entry or ask guests to leave due to inappropriate conduct, behaviour, or any safety, security, or medical concerns. This includes failure to follow staff instructions, discriminatory behaviour, harassment, or endangering others.
  • Guests must present original proof of identity upon arrival.
  • All hotel assets and property must be treated with care. Any proven damage (movable or immovable) caused by the guest may result in applicable charges.
  • The hotel is not responsible for any damage to or disappearance of vehicles parked on the premises. Guests are advised that the parking area is not monitored, and the hotel bears no responsibility for items left in the vehicle.

We can also update the terms and conditions on the booking engine. Once updated, we can check with the Airpay team to proceed with onboarding.
